Theodora Valente danced in The Ailey School Scholarship Program from 2003-2005. From there, Valente joined the Broadway musical, “The Lion King,” in Paris as a dancer. She began her career in Celebrity Personal Training in 2010 when Gwyneth Paltrow recruited her to join The Tracy Anderson Method.
