Ricardo A. Zayas
"West Side Story" (film); Alonzo King LINES Ballet
Ricardo A. Zayas is from from Brooklyn, New York. He graduated with honors from the Ailey/Fordham BFA Program in 2005. Dance Magazine named him "25 to Watch" in 2009. Ricky has danced with Ailey II, Lar Lubovitch, Alonzo King LINES Ballet, and Shen Wei Dance Arts. His theater credits include Chess (Kennedy Center), Motown (national tour), and Broadway's Head Over Heels and Hamilton (on Broadway). His television credits include Alternatino, Saturday Night Live, At Home With Amy Sedaris, and The Marvelous Mrs.Maisel. He is currently filming Steven Spielberg's film version of West Side Story, to be released in 2020.
