Mindy Lai
"The King and I"; Elisa Monte Dance
Mindy Lai is a graduate of The Ailey School/Fordham University BFA program. She has been working with Astrid von Ussar since 2010. Lai started as a member of von Ussar’s dance company, VON USSAR danceworks, and shortly after became administratively involved in The Dance Gallery Festival. In 2014, Lai was named as the Managing Director of The Dance Gallery Festival. In addition to her involvement with DGF, she is an instructor with The Ailey School’s Junior Division, and a company member of Elisa Monte Dance. Mindy recently had her Broadway debut in “The King and I.”
