Koryn Wicks

Kinetic Architecture

Koryn Ann Wicks, originally from Richmond Hill, Ontario, is a dancer and choreographer based in southern California. She graduated from The Ailey School Certificate Program and holds a BA in Political Science from the CUNY Baccalaureate Program, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and was a Thomas W. Smith Fellowship recipient. Koryn has studied dance with numerous acclaimed institutions including The Movement Invention Project, Steps on Broadway, The Next Stage Project, Adelphi University, Toronto Dance Theater, Canadian Children’s Dance Theater, and the Quinte Ballet School. She has danced professionally with diverse companies including Armitage Gone!, Teresa Fellion/Bodystories, Transitheart Productions, Kinetic Architecture, and Classical Contemporary Ballet Theater. Her work has been shown to great acclaim in New York and Montreal. Koryn is currently pursuing her MFA in dance at University of California Irvine.
