Jordan Chin

Freelance dancer and actor

Jordan Chin, a Jacksonville, Florida native, received his BA in Sociology from the University of Florida. He began his dance training in 2013 at the Inez Patricia School of Dance under the direction of Jere James. After moving to New York City, Jordan continued his studies in Broadway Dance Center's Professional Semester Program, The Ailey School's Scholarship Program, and Stella Adler Studio's Musical Theatre Intensive. While studying at The Ailey School, he was selected to perform Alvin Ailey’s “Memoria” with AAADT during their 59th New York City Center season. 

Jordan has performed works by Luam, Sarah O'Gleby, Nijawwon Matthews, Phil Orsano, Abdur-Rahim Jackson, Hollie Wright, Mayte Natalio, and Nick Palmquist. Professional theater credits include regional productions of In The Heights, Dreamgirls, and Flashdance. His television credits include The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon (Will & Grace promo) and the 71st Annual Tony Awards (opening number dancer).
