The Ailey School

Janet Atallah has performed principal and soloist roles with Ballet Austin, Classics Dance Theatre, Staten Island Ballet, Iyla Gaft Dance Theatre, Albano Ballet, Fourth Dimension Dance, and Notora Dance Theatre.  Her choreographic works have been seen throughout the New England area and in New York City.  She is on the ballet faculties of the Junior Division and PPAS at The Ailey School, and Youth Summer Dance at Walnut Hill Performing Arts High School. Her previous teaching credits include the Ballet Austin School and Ballet Hispanico. She is a certified teacher, Primary through Level 5, of the ABT National Training Curriculum.  Janet has studied pedagogy from Maralyn Miles of the National Ballet of Canada and holds a B.F.A. in Dance from Texas Christian University.
