About Stretch
Description
Designed as a full investigation that includes connecting the mind and body, the stretch class consists of a regular stretching routine for the neck, shoulders, back, arms, hips, legs as well as the calves and feet. The idea of the class is to increase range of motion, improve muscular strength, endurance, agility, and flexibility as well as aid in recovery from muscle soreness and tension.
