This level develops strength and flexibility with the execution of more complicated combinations at the barre and in the center, while challenging their strength and stamina.

Experience the full range of exercises that require larger, more expansive movements that test their strength and stability. (Pointe work is introduced for women at the end of class on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Develops and refines feet work, as well as, legs, arms and head at the barre; while emphasizing on artistry and musicality. (Women do pointe work in the center and traveling in big combinations across the floor)
